EC, or Infant Potty Training, or 'Baby Pottying' is a holistic and cooperative way for you and your baby to gradually and gently reduce the amount of time your baby wears their diapers. I'm meaning on a daily basis, although often babies experiencing use of the potty from a young age also become toilet independent earlier as well. Less time in a diaper means less risk of diaper rash. Imagine if every baby wore just one less diaper each day?

Getting Started With Elimination Communication - Five Tips to Get You Started With Baby Pottying
Elimination Communication (or EC) is an ancient way of connecting with your baby to manage their personal hygiene needs. Basically, your baby does some of their pee and poop in a container such as a baby potty or a special bowl rather than always and only in their diaper. You help them by holding them to do this, and getting them there when they need to go - as much as you can, which won't be every time - in those cases, they use a diaper or other type of 'back-up' to catch "misses." There is no need to run around or stare at your baby all day!

Which Travel System? - There Are So Many
Prams and pushchairs are now the modern wonders of modern technology and styles, shapes and sizes have changed considerably over the past few years. Long gone are the days, where you had to put your baby in an oversized orange box with huge wheels with long spokes and be very careful that you didn't let go when going down a steep hill, then your child would move around continuously and then the useless contraption would break, only to be repaired by whatever tools you had handy, when and if you could get back home to fix it.

The list of things that pregnant women should not eat is quite lengthy and at times, depressing. For the coffee and wine enthusiasts it can be a rough nine months without the objects of their desire but it is for the benefit of the child. Those areas are rather black and white in terms of why a woman should not ingest them and the negative effects they could have on the baby. A more difficult area to deal with is that of fish. Bottle Feeding is on the Wane
