Providing a Baby Brain Power From the Beginning is Important

The list of things that pregnant women should not eat is quite lengthy and at times, depressing. For the coffee and wine enthusiasts it can be a rough nine months without the objects of their desire but it is for the benefit of the child. Those areas are rather black and white in terms of why a woman should not ingest them and the negative effects they could have on the baby. A more difficult area to deal with is that of fish. Pregnant women are told to avoid eating fish because the mercury levels in them can have extremely harmful effects on a baby's development.
